Rebeam Ltd is a commercial payments partner, not a licensed financial institution. Rebeam helps merchants access European payment infrastructure, including SEPA Direct Debit Core and SEPA B2B collections, by identifying suitable providers, structuring commercial proposals and managing onboarding through to launch.

All regulated payment services are provided under contract directly with the relevant licensed financial institution. Rebeam is not a party to those regulated services and does not itself hold, process or provide payment services.

SEPA Direct Debit is governed by Regulation (EU) 260/2012 and the SEPA scheme rulebooks maintained by the European Payments Council.

Services are subject to eligibility, onboarding, compliance review and approval.
